Juan Jorge “JJ” Perez, is the founder of the J. Perez Legal, P.A. located in Cooper City, Florida. Juan practices in the areas of Real Estate Law & Title Closings, Business Law, Wills & Trusts, Foreclosure Defense, Landlord Tenant Law and Condominium/Association law. J.J. is a frequent conference speaker and trainer for Real Estate Professionals and Entrepreneurs, while also being a regularly invited guest on television and radio. Prior to founding J. Perez Legal, J.J. previously interned with the 17th Judicial Circuit of the State Attorney’s Office and was an associate attorney with the established South Florida firm of Moraitis, Cofar, Karney & Moraitis.
